1. I forgot my PIN, how can I recover it?

If you lose or forget the PIN, it cannot be recovered. This warning is clearly written in the App and on Google Play!

2. I enter correct PIN but says is wrong?

To be sure, in the locked screen click the green logo to refresh the drive and re-enter your PIN. Otherwise is wrong!

3. When is locked I see '.USBLockit.ex'?

Do not delete the .USBLockit.ex file when the drive is locked. Deleting this file will result in losing your data.

4. After unlocking the files have '0 Kb'?

When copying files to USB drive, wait until all files are copied (see a thumbnail is not a copied file) verify before locking.

5. My App now says 'Not FAT32/exFAT'?

For PC copy it to USB drive. For phone enable the OTG option from your phone settings (required in some models).

6. The exe was deleted, how to unlock?

Download it to hard disk (C:) then press Win logo + R key and type C:\USBLockit X: (X: is the drive letter to unlock).

7. Works on SD card or bootable drive?

No, is not compatible with SD card or bootable drive. Use at your own risk.

8. What protection does the App use?

Encrypts the files system with AES 256-bit including the boot partition of the drive. Also the stored PIN is encoded.
